What Lights You Up?

I saw a friend at the weekend. He seemed different; I couldn’t put my finger on it. We chatted about holidays, kids, work, usual things. It wasn’t until a few hours later, at home, that I realised his spark had faded. His energy felt different.

Sometimes it is easier to see this in others, than witness fully in ourselves.

Many are ticking the boxes, accomplishing the things we are taught to seek out. And yet they are not lit up from within. They are not fuelling themselves with the things that matter, that nourish them, that provide purpose.

We have all been there, and prolonged periods of time spent there, is when the light starts to fade, the spark is less sparky. We bring less of ourselves into the world.

What lights you up? Deep from within.

Your spark is the greatest thing you have to share.

I’m Sally, and I want you to become so fascinated with yourself that it changes the way you live, work and lead.
